For order enquiries, returns or assistance, please contact:
UK Orders Only
We currently accept orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Orders submitted with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom may be cancelled and refunded.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.
Products
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices are accurate.
Colours and textures may appear slightly different depending on the lighting used in photography and the display settings of your device. Variations inherent to paper, binding and other physical materials may also occur.
These minor differences do not affect your statutory rights.
The Esq. Collection: Founder’s Edition
The Esq. Collection: Founder’s Edition is a coordinated set of seven notebooks created for students undertaking an undergraduate LLB.
The collection is sold as a complete set unless the product page expressly states otherwise.
Module titles and course structures may vary between universities. Customers should review the notebook titles shown on the product page and compare them with their degree programme before ordering.
The collection is not affiliated with, endorsed by or required by any university, legal regulator or professional body.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
A contract between you and The Lawyer Spot Ltd. is formed once we accept your order and send confirmation that it is being processed or dispatched.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:
-
a product is unavailable
-
payment has not been authorised
-
the delivery address is outside the United Kingdom
-
the product or price has been displayed incorrectly
-
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
-
we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order
Where payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the amount paid will be refunded.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.
Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown at checkout before the order is submitted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Orders will not be prepared or dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.
We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Advance Orders and September Dispatch
Where a product is offered for advance order, the expected dispatch period will be stated on the product page.
The Esq. Collection: Founder’s Edition is planned for September 2026 dispatch.
Dispatch and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly described as guaranteed. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
If we cannot supply the product within the agreed timeframe, you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Delivery
Orders are delivered only within the United Kingdom.
Delivery charges and available delivery methods will be displayed at checkout.
Once an order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information by email where tracking is available.
Risk in the products passes to you when the order is delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive it.
Please contact us promptly at sales@thelawyerspot.uk if your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting sales@thelawyerspot.uk.
We will make reasonable efforts to process the cancellation. However, where an order has already entered dispatch, you may need to receive it and return it in accordance with the Returns Policy.
Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.
Returns
Returns are accepted.
For products purchased online, you may notify us that you wish to cancel and return your order within 14 days beginning on the day after you receive it.
After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you must return the product within a further 14 days.
To begin a return, contact sales@thelawyerspot.uk with:
-
your name
-
your order number
-
the item you wish to return
-
the reason for the return, where applicable
Returned products should be unused, undamaged and returned with their original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. We may reduce the refund where the product has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it.
Do not send a return without first contacting us for the correct return instructions and address.
Refunds
Where a return is accepted, we will refund the price paid for the returned product.
Where you cancel your entire order under your statutory cancellation rights, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method offered at the time of purchase. Additional delivery charges arising from an upgraded or express delivery method are not normally refundable.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
We aim to issue eligible refunds within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or satisfactory evidence of their return.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to show the funds in your account.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.
Please contact sales@thelawyerspot.uk promptly if your order:
-
arrives damaged
-
contains the wrong product
-
is faulty
-
does not match its description
Include your order number and clear photographs where this may help us assess the issue.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a refund, replacement or repair, depending on the circumstances.
We will cover reasonable return costs where goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
