Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains where The Lawyer Spot Ltd. delivers, how orders are prepared and what to expect after placing an order.

For assistance with an order or delivery, please contact:

sales@thelawyerspot.uk

United Kingdom Delivery Only

We currently accept orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

The delivery locations available for your order will be shown at checkout. We do not currently accept or dispatch orders to international addresses.

Orders submitted using a delivery address outside the areas supported at checkout may be cancelled and refunded.

The Esq. Collection: Founder’s Edition

The Esq. Collection: Founder’s Edition is currently available as an advance-order product.

Orders are being accepted ahead of the 2026 academic year, with dispatch planned for September 2026.

The estimated dispatch period shown on the product page and at checkout forms part of the delivery arrangement for your order. By placing an advance order, you acknowledge that the collection will not be dispatched immediately.

Orders close at the end of August so that the collections can be prepared for September dispatch.

We will contact customers by email if the expected dispatch period changes materially.

Dispatch and Delivery

Dispatch refers to the date on which your order leaves us. Delivery refers to the date on which it reaches the delivery address.

Once dispatched, UK orders will usually arrive within the delivery estimate shown at checkout or in the dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, severe weather, industrial action or unusually high seasonal demand.

Where a specific delivery date is essential, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery charges may vary depending on:

  • the delivery location

  • the size or weight of the order

  • the delivery service selected

  • any promotional shipping offer available at the time

No delivery charge will be added after an order has been submitted unless the customer expressly agrees to it.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order-confirmation email at the email address supplied during checkout.

Please review the confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if any information is incorrect.

An order-confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. You will receive a further email when your order has been dispatched.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be included in your dispatch-confirmation email.

Tracking information may take a short period to update after the parcel has been collected by the delivery provider.

Please contact us at sales@thelawyerspot.uk if the tracking information has not updated for an unusual length of time or indicates a delivery problem.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Before submitting an order, please check:

  • the recipient’s full name

  • the building number or name

  • the street address

  • the town or city

  • the postcode

  • any flat, unit or access information

  • the email address and telephone number supplied for delivery updates

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered preparation or dispatch.

To request an address amendment, contact sales@thelawyerspot.uk as soon as possible and include your order number and the correct address.

Where an order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect it.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, it may be returned to us.

Where the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask the customer to pay the reasonable cost of sending the order again.

If the order is cancelled after being returned to us, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns Policy and the customer’s statutory rights.

Missed Deliveries

The delivery provider may:

  • attempt delivery again

  • leave the parcel in a designated safe place

  • deliver it to a neighbour

  • take it to a local collection point

  • return it to its depot

The options available will depend on the delivery provider and service used.

Customers are responsible for following any instructions or collection deadlines issued by the delivery provider.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or because delivery could not be completed, please contact us to discuss redelivery or cancellation.

Additional delivery charges may apply where redelivery is required for reasons outside our control.

Safe Places and Neighbours

Where you authorise a delivery provider to leave an order in a nominated safe place or with a neighbour, please ensure the location is suitable and secure.

Any delivery preferences submitted directly to the courier are subject to the courier’s own procedures.

Nothing in this section affects our legal responsibility for the order before it has been delivered to you, or to a person or location validly authorised by you.

Delayed Orders

Please allow the full estimated delivery period before contacting us about a delayed parcel.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated period, contact:

sales@thelawyerspot.uk

Please include:

  • your full name

  • your order number

  • your delivery postcode

  • any tracking information received

We will review the order and, where appropriate, contact the delivery provider.

If delivery has not taken place within the timeframe agreed with you, your rights will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Lost Parcels

If tracking indicates that a parcel may have been lost, please contact us rather than relying solely on the delivery provider.

The Lawyer Spot Ltd. remains responsible for the order until it is delivered to you, or to another person identified or authorised by you to receive it.

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost before delivery, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If the parcel or its contents arrive damaged, contact sales@thelawyerspot.uk as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

  • your order number

  • a description of the damage

  • clear photographs of the outer packaging

  • clear photographs of the damaged product

  • a photograph of the delivery label where possible

Please retain the product and packaging until we have responded, as they may be required to assess the issue.

Where the product is damaged, faulty or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Orders Marked as Delivered

If tracking states that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

  • the delivery address on your order confirmation

  • any nominated safe place

  • with other members of the household

  • with immediate neighbours

  • any delivery photograph or courier notification

  • any nearby collection point identified by the courier

If the parcel still cannot be found, contact us promptly at sales@thelawyerspot.uk so that we can investigate.

Multiple Products

Where an order contains more than one product, the items may occasionally be dispatched separately.

If this happens, you will not be charged an additional delivery fee unless this was clearly agreed before purchase.

You may receive separate dispatch emails or tracking information for each parcel.

Changes to the Dispatch Schedule

The expected September 2026 dispatch period is based on our current production and fulfilment schedule.

If an event outside our reasonable control causes a material delay, we will contact affected customers using the email address supplied with the order.

The communication will explain the revised expected timeframe and any options available, including cancellation where applicable.

Cancellations Before Dispatch

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact sales@thelawyerspot.uk and include your order number.

We will make reasonable efforts to process the request before the parcel leaves us.

If the order has already been dispatched, it may need to be received and returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.

Returns

Returns are accepted subject to our Returns Policy and applicable consumer law.

Unless a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the original delivery process and the cost of returning an unwanted item are governed by our Returns Policy.

Please contact sales@thelawyerspot.uk before returning an order so that we can provide the correct instructions and return address.
